You are an analytically strong and at the same time pragmatic personality who enjoys creating structures and driving things forward. With your natural authority, you communicate clearly, convince through expertise, and win stakeholders at all levels. You work independently, set priorities confidently, and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
You bring a careful, detail-oriented working style without getting lost in the details and combine depth in finance topics with a healthy entrepreneurial understanding. Your networked thinking helps you quickly grasp complex issues and translate them into solution-oriented recommendations for action.
At the same time, you are team-oriented, open to new impulses, and enjoy working with international colleagues. You accompany change processes constructively and with sensitivity – and you feel comfortable in an environment where growth, development, and continuous improvement are actively lived.
What we offer….
We offer you a central and visible role in an internationally active corporate group where you can make a real impact. As Group Controller with deputy CFO responsibilities, you actively shape the further development of our finance organization – professionally, structurally, and digitally. You work closely with management and international subsidiaries and gain deep insights into different markets and business models.
You benefit from short decision-making paths, high personal responsibility, and a working environment where initiative and forward thinking are explicitly desired. We support you in your personal and professional development and offer you the opportunity to co-design complex projects – from process optimizations to BI developments to group-wide control models.
You can expect a motivated, collegial team, modern working conditions, and the chance to make your expertise noticeably contribute. At the same time, you work in a value-oriented company with meaningful products that make an important contribution worldwide to safety, self-sufficiency, and humanitarian supply.
