To strengthen our Sales & Marketing department, which provides our customers from all over Switzerland with first-class service at customer reception and handles inquiries from various contact channels, we are looking for a customer service representative.

The following diverse tasks await you:

• You convey a positive and benevolent image of Vaudoise
• You inform customers by phone, email, or chat about the assistance and insurance services of Vaudoise and our partners
• You take care of online customers (motor vehicle contracts, customer area, etc.)
• You answer calls from Vaudoise agencies
• You coordinate inquiries from our customers with the respective contacts
• You ensure the first point of contact for customer support

This is what sets you apart:

• Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA) or a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) in the commercial field
• Initial successful experience in a comparable position.
• Swiss German as a native language
• Very good knowledge of French
• Basic knowledge of the insurance industry (advantageous)
