About the job
Missions
- This role reports directly to the Data & Applications Manager and will be the primary connection between key business stakeholders and our technical support team
- Collaborate with business units to translate their requirements into SAP solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP system with our support and hosting supplier
- Ensure the integration of SAP systems with other business applications
- Provide technical support and training for SAP process owners
- Coordinate with the Data & Applications Manager to ensure alignment of data strategies supporting the company growth
- Promote data-driven decision making by identifying business needs and implementing BI solutions
- Collaborate with the Data Engineer to develop and improve data architecture, data modeling, and data integration processes
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to identify opportunities to enhance business capabilities
Profile
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- 3 years of proven experience in SAP (S/4HANA)
- Broad knowledge of the SAP architecture
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Excel, ...)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL are an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Working level fluency in French and English are a must
- Experience in a manufacturing or technology-driven industrial environment is a plus
