Independent Mechanic for Construction Machinery (Team Leader)

  • Maintain, diagnose and repair construction machinery
  • Identify mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic faults
  • Manage the workshop team, organise repairs and parts
  • Work in the workshop and on construction sites
  • Organise tasks, manage priorities and coordinate repairs
  • Customer service for breakdowns and technical assistance
  • Collaborate with other branches and participate in the development of the Villeneuve workshop
  • Gradually take on more responsibilities while remaining active in mechanics

    • Requirements

    • Training as a mechanic for construction machinery, agricultural machinery, heavy goods vehicles or equivalent
    • Experience in maintenance, repair and diagnosis of machines
    • Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity and electronics
    • Knowledge of rail-road machines is a great advantage
    • Very good command of French and knowledge of German
    • Autonomous, organised, versatile and solution-oriented person
    • Sense of responsibility, team spirit and ease with customers
    • Willingness to develop and take on more responsibilities
