In the redfox & data centre services department, you will work with the team to ensure smooth IT operations for around 6000 employees throughout the canton of Zurich. You ensure that digital workplaces, meeting rooms and branches function technically flawlessly and that the required hardware is in the right place at the right time. From laptops to monitors and peripherals to printers, you manage a large part of the infrastructure. As part of an operations organisation, you will be deployed in our branches and main locations. In this way, you contribute significantly to ensuring that Zürcher Kantonalbank remains an agile bank close to its customers.
Your tasks
- Installing, configuring and commissioning digital workplaces and end devices at all locations
- Carrying out hardware rollouts as well as supporting lifecycle projects and troubleshooting
- Managing the warehouse for standardised end devices including receipt, unpacking, inventory, storage and issue
- Maintaining and updating the IT inventory with all relevant IT assets
- Ensuring smooth hardware operations at the main locations and branches including meeting rooms
Your profile
- Completed training in IT, electrical engineering or a comparable technical education
- Several years of professional experience as an ICT technician with a focus on hardware installations and support
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems and networks as well as experience with IT asset management and enthusiasm for inventory management
- You work carefully, responsibly and precisely, keep an overview even with several tasks and convince with a service-oriented, team-capable manner, but also feel comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to work at all Zürcher Kantonalbank locations in the canton of Zurich, including occasional evening or night shifts, as well as possession of a valid category B driving licence
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
