HR Assistant 50-80%

Requirements profile:

• Manage personnel administration holistically from entry to exit
• Create employment contracts and work certificates
• Advise and support employees in all personnel matters
• Monthly payroll preparation including monthly and year-end declarations
• Personnel recruitment, job descriptions in collaboration with the team leader
• Manage administrative processes in the area of absence management
• Support HR projects and optimize HR services

What you bring:

• Commercial basic training
• Professional experience and further training in human resources
• Experience in personnel support desirable
• Bilingual: Very good oral and written German and English skills
• Interest in Biological Medicine
• Service-oriented and collegial personality with a sense of humor
