Senior Manager Agentic AI & Customer Platforms (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- End-to-end responsibility for the Agentic AI transformation in customer service
- Definition of the target architecture for agents, automation, and human handover
- Technical leadership of all AI use cases along the customer journey
- Close management of the BSI program including cloud upgrade, modules, integrations
- Translation of business goals into AI-capable processes and data models
- Sparring partner for COO, IT, external partners, and consulting firms
- Ensuring governance, scalability, quality, and compliance
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience in AI, automation, or digital platforms
- Very strong in structuring complex transformations
- Technical understanding without operational micromanagement
- Experience with CRM, CCaaS, or comparable enterprise platforms
- Clear leadership style, calm, decisive, pragmatic
