In the Process Technologies team at Helbling Technik in Wil, you develop innovative solutions for demanding products and production systems. Together with interdisciplinary teams, you accompany customers from the initial idea to successful implementation – from dynamic start-ups to leading medium-sized companies and international large corporations. Our projects operate at the interface of chemical engineering, product development, and industrial implementation. In doing so, we develop technologies and systems for future topics such as water treatment, circular economy, CO₂ reduction, sustainable production processes, and resource efficiency. Through our work, we make a decisive contribution to solving global challenges and create measurable added value for people and the environment. Area of Activity

• Design, dimensioning, and optimisation of chemical and process engineering processes
• Development of process concepts for innovative products and production plants
• Creation and maintenance of process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and technical specifications
• Execution of system design and technical calculations
• Planning, construction, and execution of prototypes and tests
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary development projects with experts from mechanical engineering, automation, software, and product development
• Technical consulting and direct cooperation with customers from various
  industries
• Accompanying projects from the concept phase to industrialisation

Requirements

• Completed studies (FH/ETH/TU) or doctorate (PhD/Dr. sc./Dr.-Ing.) in process engineering, chemical engineering, chemical technology, or a comparable field
• Experience in the design and dimensioning of chemical or process engineering systems
• Confident handling of P&IDs and process engineering documentation
• Understanding of complex technical contexts and enjoyment of cross-system issues
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Enthusiasm for developing innovative technologies and products
• Enjoyment of working with customers and interdisciplinary teams
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
