Construction Supervisor Track Construction/Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Development needs space! Thanks to the pleasing growth and excellent order situation, our client requires support for their railway technology team. That is why we are looking for you, the new Construction Supervisor for Track Construction. In this demanding role, you are responsible for track construction sites, from the acquisition phase through to construction accounting. You calculate, take care of the AVOR and the measurement, lead and supervise the construction sites in all administrative, technical and personnel matters.

What do I need to be successful?

Our client requires a person for this position with a solid education as a construction supervisor with the corresponding performance record or an equivalent qualification as well as professional experience as a construction supervisor in the field of track construction. You are ready to manage complex and demanding construction projects and bring assertiveness as well as strong communication skills. A farsighted and goal-oriented leadership style is just as important as negotiation skills, independence and organisational talent. In addition, your ability to deal with people from different cultures is essential for this position.
