Tasks
- Gewährleisten einer individuell geprägten Pflege und Betreuung.
- Erhalt und Förderung des Wohlbefindens unserer Bewohner.
- Selbstständiges Führen der Pflegedokumentation mit careCoach.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann/-frau Gesundheit erforderlich.
- Motiviert, belastbar und selbständig.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

The Schüpfen Senior Centre offers a home to a total of 54 residents. This includes 22 apartments with services. Individual care, respect, a service-oriented attitude, and professionalism in dealing with all people are important to us and are at the centre of our actions.
To complement our care team, we are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a
Health Specialist as Night Watch (50-60 %)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health specialist
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Motivated, resilient and independent
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
Your Tasks
- The night shift lasts from 8:45 pm to 7:00 am
- Ensuring individually tailored care and support
- Maintaining and promoting the well-being of our residents
- Interdisciplinary and cross-departmental collaboration
- Independent management of care documentation with careCoach
- Assessment with RAI LTCF
