About the job
Ward Manager (m/f/x)
80 - 100 %
Lead. Accompany. Grow.
Leadership with foresight
You are a nursing professional with leadership experience, keep an overview even in turbulent times, and lead people with clarity, trust, and humanity. You want to apply your professional and leadership skills where relationships, quality, and co-creation matter - today and in the future. Then you are exactly right at Lebensraum Schenkenbergertal.
With us, you combine professional nursing with genuine closeness and take responsibility in a house that is evolving: In the immediate neighborhood, multi-generational apartments and new forms of collaboration are being created. In a further step, our house will be expanded and additional beds added.
We are looking for a ward manager who wants to grow with us, help shape structures, and actively influence this path.
You will be part of a dedicated team on the OW1 / GW ward, where 27 residents live -
including 12 people in the protected living area. Together we create a nursing routine that provides security, creates orientation, and leaves room for humanity - especially in dealing with people affected by dementia.

You lead and support your nursing team in everyday life and ensure that your employees can develop their potential.
You take responsibility for a structured, professional, and needs-oriented nursing routine for our 27 residents.
You plan, coordinate, and monitor the nursing process - from implementation to proper documentation.
You continuously develop and ensure the quality of care and support.
Self-determination and individual quality of life of our residents are important to you.
You work interdisciplinarily with internal and external partners to ensure optimal processes and care.
You actively support your employees in their professional and personal development.
Your profile
Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF / AKP / DNI / DNII
Leadership experience with clear and appreciative management as well as responsibility for your team
Several years of professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
Professional competence in dealing with people with dementia as well as willingness to continuously deepen your knowledge
Joy in further developing quality and processes
High professional and social competence, team spirit, and reliable, solution-oriented working style
Knowledge of RAI-NH and easyDok, or willingness to learn them
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Flexibility, commitment, and ability to lead and motivate at eye level
Do you recognize yourself in our mission statement, in our values?
We look forward to getting to know you.
