The Joint Upper School Underchläggi, – GOSU –, stands for a forward-looking, joint educational project in Unterklettgau. Seven municipalities are pooling their strengths to create an inspiring, lively, and supportive learning environment for around 300 students from August 1, 2026, in a new building in Neunkirch, where the previous school locations Hallau, Neunkirch, and Wilchingen will be merged into an integrative school community.
We accompany, develop, and promote personality-building personal responsibility and independence in learning in learning landscapes, where students have a personal workspace and work together on implementing our new educational concept, which aims for comprehensive, resource-oriented support for all.
To complement our team, we are looking for a class teacher for 1st secondary starting August 1, 2026.
Class Teacher 1st Secondary in Neunkirch 80-100% - from 1.8.2026 (Learning Landscape 3)
Your area of responsibility
- Class teacher for a 1st secondary class. Possible subjects: Math, German, English, French, ERG, RZG, and N+T. Final subject profile in consultation.
- Cross-level collaboration in year tandem with the class teacher of 1st Real. Application in tandem possible.
- Targeted support of young people in career and further education paths (FMS, Gymnasium, KV, technical professions, etc.).
- Teaching our young people both through subject inputs and promoting them as learning coaches.
Your profile
- You preferably have a teacher diploma recognized by EDK
- You are confident in dealing with more demanding learning objectives and heterogeneous groups within the secondary levels
- Experience in coaching learning processes and learning development discussions, self-organized learning, or project-oriented learning formats.
- Innovative, reflective understanding of teaching and joy in educational development
- Very good communication skills in exchange with parents, authorities, and specialist offices
- Willingness to actively participate in school development processes, teamwork, and common quality standards
