As a Senior Business & Cost Controller, you actively shape financial management – data-driven, efficient, and future-oriented.
Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for business controlling for selected units and act as the central contact person for management
- You conduct budget, forecast, and strategic planning processes at senior level and continuously develop them further
- You analyse complex performance drivers and translate numbers into clear decision-making bases and business stories
- You are responsible for cost controlling of parts of the Corporate Centre
- You drive the automation and further development of controlling processes, e.g. through the use of AI-based analyses, advanced analytics, or self-service reporting
- You actively engage in team- and department-wide optimisation and transformation projects and sustainably establish new controlling standards
Your strengths
- You have a completed degree in finance, controlling, business administration, or a comparable field
- You have solid several years of experience in business and cost controlling as well as project experience, ideally in a complex, regulated environment
- You think end-to-end, work analytically, and combine financial expertise with a strong business understanding
- You have a high affinity for digitalisation, automation, and AI-supported solutions (e.g. BI tools, advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, Python, or comparable technologies)
- You present yourself confidently, communicate on equal terms with senior stakeholders, and take responsibility for your topics
- You are fluent in German and English
