To strengthen our motivated team at the Zurich location, we are looking for a Project Manager HLKS with a Focus on Workspaces/Industrial Projects (m/f/d) for the international project environment.

Your Role:

As a project manager, you will independently lead renovation and new construction projects in innovative workspace and industrial areas. You will design thoughtful concepts and construction descriptions and create calculations and submissions. You are the point of contact for the client and are responsible for cost management, adherence to deadlines, and quality assurance. Internally, you actively participate in knowledge transfer. And whether you want to lead a team in the future or focus entirely on your projects: both are possible with us.

What you bring:

• Education: Completed engineering degree FH or Dipl. building technician HF with a focus on HLKS.

• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in independent planning and project management across all SIA phases (including cost management). Experience in the area of workspaces/industrial buildings in an international project environment is an advantage. Knowledge of Trimble Nova or Revit is also beneficial.

• Personality: You are an open and communicative personality, very customer-oriented, and have a pronounced sense of quality. You enjoy interdisciplinary exchange and want to develop both professionally and personally.

• Languages: Very good German in spoken and written form, good English skills for the international project environment.
