Mandate Manager Fiduciary 70 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take on the independent management of a diverse client base and are the central contact person for all fiduciary matters. You prepare annual financial statements, tax returns, and financial plans, ensuring your clients are optimally positioned from a tax perspective. You accompany companies from their foundation through to succession planning, develop customised solutions, and contribute your expertise in strategic issues. In doing so, you lead your team, nurture talents, and ensure smooth processes within your area of responsibility.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a fiduciary with a federal professional certificate or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector with mandate responsibility

• Sound knowledge of Swiss tax law and accounting

• Experience in staff management and enthusiasm for team development

• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution orientation

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for client contact

• Confident handling of fiduciary software and digital tools

• Negotiation-level German skills, additional languages are an advantage
