Specialist Corporate Actions

As a Specialist Corporate Action in the "C/A Processing Worldwide" area, it is important to meet the agreed customer expectations with the best quality. This includes the timely and correct settlement of distributions from ongoing corporate actions with high data quality. You are also responsible for the correct and timely processing of incoming customer instructions for participation in corporate actions.
You independently validate and process the relevant incoming payments (cash and/or shares), analyze and resolve possible discrepancies, and clarify with various data sources (e.g., companies, registrars, agents, custodians, CSDs, etc.) and/or proactively inform business partners and/or custodians in case of inconsistencies. You independently manage the corporate action relevant dossiers, monitor deadlines, and are responsible for the professional handling of all transactions. In doing so, you monitor customer deadlines and transmit instructions to our custodians in a timely manner.
Achieving high customer satisfaction is the top priority. An analytical mindset is advantageous for processing transactions.
These are your tasks
- Collecting, validating, and enriching information on corporate actions worldwide
- Event preparation (settlement) in the SIX SIS AG system (SECOM)
- Checking and booking incoming securities and cash amounts including reconciliation (discrepancy management)
- Monitoring customer deadlines including transmitting instructions to the respective custodians
- Responding to customer inquiries
