Your Tasks
- You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support every day
- You advise and accompany our residents and their relatives
- You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC
- You create care documentation and individual care planning
- You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic care documentation
- As a vocational trainer, you gladly take responsibility for our apprentices
Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nurse HF or similar
- Professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
- You are resilient, flexible and used to working independently
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Enjoy being part of a team and "closer to people"
- Curiosity about your new working environment
