In this role, you shape customer centric solutions, validate them through targeted pilots und work closely with R&D, Sales and Operations to turn data-based concepts into scalable services. You help accelerate the shift from classical device-oriented service models to digital, value-adding solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in digital business or product management and combines technical understanding with strong strategic and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and shape the digital service offering based on market needs, customer insights and strategic priorities.Identify and prioritize high value use cases, ensuring commercial viability and relevance for global customers.Translate customer requirements into precise user stories and technical specifications for R&D teams.Evaluate early concepts, prototypes and exploratory ideas, integrating structured customer feedback.Design, plan and execute targeted pilot projects to validate digital service concepts in real customer environments.Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Operations and market organizations to ensure feasibility, scalability and business fit.Develop and maintain the product roadmap, manage backlog priorities and align releases with strategic business objectives.Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction and adoption, driving continuous improvement and coordinating go to market activities.
