As the first point of contact, you support the concerns of our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Your area of responsibility
- Answering customer calls and recording fault reports with a high level of service
- Planning and coordinating technical deployments
- Administrative follow-up of customer orders (installations, repairs, spare parts)
- Creating repair invoices and quotations
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training in the commercial or technical field, call centre or sales successfully
- We wish for your experience in the call centre, customer dialogue or customer service; even if you are fresh from apprenticeship, you are warmly welcome
- Native German speaker as well as very good spoken French skills (level B2), additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Your heart beats for service, you seek independence and your environment appreciates you as a dynamic, stress-resistant and solution-oriented personality
- You look forward to working in a well-coordinated team
