The core of your work lies in the empathetic accompaniment, support, and care of people with psychological and/or intellectual disabilities and the promotion of work with reference persons. Together, we create a lively and social coexistence in the residential groups and actively advocate for the implementation of the UN CRPD. You help and support our residents in pursuing a fulfilling daily structure. In addition, you actively contribute your creative ideas to projects. Due to our diverse residential units with the corresponding skill-grade mix, your activity also includes some nursing tasks.

You are characterized by your open and curious attitude and are eager to engage with the challenging life situations of the residents. Your team colleagues benefit daily from your professional experience in accompanying and caring for people with psychological disabilities. With your calm yet steadfast basic attitude and your humor, you positively influence teamwork. You have completed a Medi course or are willing to complete one. Ideally, you also have nursing experience.
