Tasks

- You answer phone calls and emails
- You advise customers and take care of their concerns

- You conduct telephone consultations in German and Italian or German and French

- Starting salary of CHF 4,488.- The salary is paid 12 times per year. In April 2026, the next collective agreement salary increase to a gross salary of CHF 4,519.- will take place.

- Working hours Monday to Friday 8:00 to 20:00, as well as twice a month on Saturday 09:00 to 18:00
