Strategic Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

We need you for the mobility transition and the development of charging infrastructure in Germany and Europe.

YOUR MISSION

• Development, implementation, and optimization of strategic customer service processes and standards throughout the company

• Ensuring continuous improvement of the customer journey in coordination with our sales department, project management, dispatch, technical field service, and technology

• Analysis of our customer feedback, operational data, and recurring service patterns to develop improvement measures

• You are the interface between customer service and all internal departments, ensuring smooth communication

• You are the driving force for the strategic further development of HubSpot, our central ticket system

• Supporting management in transferring customer-related data and insights into actionable strategic solutions

• Assisting in the design and implementation of new service concepts

• Monitoring end-to-end performance along the customer journey and developing new strategies to optimize processes

  
  

  YOUR ENERGIZED PROFILE

  • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification

  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in strategic operations management, customer service development, or CRM

  • Solid knowledge in charging infrastructure and electromobility, SaaS

  • High willingness to learn and pronounced analytical thinking

  • Very good English skills (spoken and written)

  • Independent, responsible working style as well as flexibility, teamwork, and commitment

  • Critical and solution-oriented thinking

  • Open and communicative personality as well as a convincing appearance
