• You take on the personnel and organisational leadership of several teams south and west of Bern
• You promote and develop a positive performance culture and ensure the success of the region
• You are responsible for the results and the expansion of the market position of the region and share responsibility for the further development of the entire market area
• You ensure the successful implementation of our vision "We inspire sustainably" as well as our support concept "Side by Side"
• You manage your own customer portfolio and further develop it

• You have a business administration university degree (Uni, FH), ideally in Banking and Finance
• You are a strong leader with several years of successful professional experience
• You convince and inspire through pronounced communication and motivation skills
• You combine entrepreneurial thinking with a holistic view
• You have a high customer and service orientation and strong implementation skills
