tasks

• you take responsibility for financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets as well as liquidity management
• in addition, you prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as meaningful evaluations and reports for management
• you also actively participate in budgeting, financial planning and forecasting
• preparing VAT returns and tax-relevant documents is also part of your duties
• furthermore, you support the optimisation of financial processes and continuously develop digital workflows
• additionally, you deputise in personnel administration and contribute to selected HR tasks
• the workload is, depending on your preference, between 50 and 80%

requirements

• you have a higher education in finance, for example as a financial and accounting specialist FA, as a trustee FA or a comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience in finance and accounting in an SME is required
• you also demonstrate analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is expected, experience with modern ERP systems is an advantage
