In this key position, you will lead our F&B world at Schweizerhof Lenzerheide with passion, expertise, and vision as a member of the management team:
- Restaurants (including breakfast, half board, à la carte)
- Café l Bar including lobby
- Banquet & seminar area
- Kitchen team
Together with your team, you ensure that our guests experience culinary highlights – from the first greeting to the last espresso.
Your tasks with us
- Overall responsibility for the professional and personnel management of all F&B outlets including the kitchen team
- Deputizing for the management in rotation with the Rooms Division Manager
- Co-shaping the strategic development of the hotel as a member of the management team
- Leadership, coaching, and motivation of employees
- Duty and deployment planning considering seasonal peaks, guest numbers, events, etc.
- Ensuring the highest service standards and smooth processes throughout the F&B area
- Budget responsibility, cost control, and efficient inventory management
- Main responsibility for food and non-food purchasing, inventory management, and stock control
- Close cooperation with kitchen, rooms division, HR, and other departments
- Support for events, banquets, and seminars – from planning to execution
- Processing and evaluation of guest feedback, continuous optimization of guest satisfaction
- Development and implementation of innovative concepts (e.g., sustainability, digitalization, wine & bar culture)
- Responsibility for relevant KPIs such as sales, cost of goods sold, and guest ratings
Your profile
- Completed training in hotel or hospitality industry and/or studies in hospitality management
- Several years of professional experience in the F&B sector, ideally in a leadership role
- Leadership skills, host qualities, and a strong quality awareness
- Very good German and English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Confident handling of POS systems, inventory management, and common office applications
- Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in guest contact
- Resilience, initiative, and a confident appearance
