For our client, we are looking for a conscientious and empathetic Specialist Responsible / Specialist Responsible Nursing HF/FH (60–100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Tasks
- Ensuring professional and patient-oriented care
- Professional leadership of the nursing station within the framework of Shared Governance
- Coaching and introduction of new employees
- Co-design and implementation of nursing goals, standards, and guidelines
- Organization of further training, professional exchanges, and case discussions
- Further development of nursing quality in collaboration with the management team
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
- Professional experience in an acute hospital
- Interest in professional and leadership topics in nursing
- Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
- Professional nursing understanding, team spirit, and humor
- For foreign diplomas: SRK recognition required
