What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as Team Leader Maintenance & Servicing; you are the heart that keeps everything running! In the Maintenance department, you lead your operations team and ensure that all machines and production facilities run smoothly. As team leader, you take on the personnel and technical leadership as well as the development of your team. Together with your team, you handle malfunctions, inspections, maintenance, and repair work—you are the problem solver when it matters!

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in mechanics

• Leadership experience in an equivalent role is an advantage

• An independent, proactive, and efficient working style—you take initiative rather than wait

• Strong communication and organisational skills—you bring people and processes together

• Good German skills; French skills are a plus

• Driving licence, ideally own vehicle
