For our Procurement department, we are looking at the headquarters in Winterthur from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement for you as:
You can look forward to these tasks
- Dispatching all items of the assigned product groups / suppliers. Ensuring optimal delivery readiness. Daily supplier contact (ordering, promotions, planning, etc.)
- Taking over the deputy role in dispatching for other product groups (e.g., meat and convenience)
- Performing related administrative tasks and supporting the Product Manager (in projects and daily business)
- Recording and updating price master data and promotional data (ERP SAP / promotional program PPS). Creating the monthly assortment lists (from SAP / in cooperation with the printing company)
- Central hub between logistics, customer service, sales & Product Manager

- Commercial basic training or corresponding logistics/dispatch experience supplemented by commercial further training
- Good PC user skills (MS Office, SAP, merchandise management systems)
- Communicative & resilient personality
