- Design learner ‑ centric, experience ‑ led learning solutions that address capability needs, are practical and applicable in daily SCM work across global regions, and balance impact, scalability and feasibility.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and learning community to co-create high quality learning content, taking clear ownership of learning design decisions and trade‑offs.
- Partner closely with senior SCM stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities, acting as a strategic partner, collaboratively shaping scope, design, and priorities.
- Manage multiple learning initiatives in parallel, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficient use of time and expert capacity.
- Communicate learning concepts and initiatives clearly and effectively to diverse and large SCM audiences, supporting engagement and adoption across regions and seniority levels.
- Own SCM Academy learning data end-to-end (raw data analysis, reporting and dashboards) and use participation, satisfaction and application feedback to drive impact- and scalability-focused continuous improvement.
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling and delivery of learning initiatives and learning management system (LMS) for all SCM content.
