What you can achieve:

Support and advice for alarm, intervention, and on-call customers
Sales and consulting mandates on behalf of Certas AG (Swiss alarm receiving center)
Active customer care as well as support in acquiring new customers
Sales and sales tasks in internal sales
Maintenance of master data as well as general administrative tasks
Creation and optimization of on-call and intervention dossiers
Close cooperation with the operations center and sales department

What you bring:

Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
Sales experience is an advantage or passion for sales
Technical understanding and very good PC skills
Quick comprehension, networked thinking, and independent working style
Neat appearance and good manners
Completed vocational training (commercial, sales) or equivalent education
Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the other language; English and/or Italian skills are an advantage
Driver's license category B
