Production Planner / Process Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Control, scheduling and coordination of customer orders as well as assembly production

• Management and cost-efficient optimisation of inventory levels including service levels and spare parts security

• Planning and control of production including creation of work plans and ensuring material availability

• Conducting systematic process analyses in assembly for continuous efficiency improvement (value stream analyses, time studies)

• Active participation in the digital transformation in production and driving digitalisation initiatives

• Leadership and implementation of projects for capacity expansion and efficiency optimisation

• Maintenance, management and continuous optimisation of ERP master data (bills of materials, disposition parameters, throughput times)

• Ensuring smooth information exchange as a link between sales, purchasing and production

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training (EFZ)

• Further training as a process specialist with federal diploma, technician HF in business processes or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in production planning and control

• Strong IT and data affinity with confident handling of ERP systems

• Advanced skills in data analysis and preparation

• Business management thinking and acting

• Good technical understanding of production processes

• Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form

• Customer- and solution-oriented working style with high initiative

• Structured and analytical way of thinking

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team as an interface between different departments
