Your tasks
- Support our site managers on site at the construction sites or
- site management assignments in one of our offices.
- Management of small to large projects in road and railway construction, special deep construction, tunnel construction, concrete and underground construction, usually on site at the construction site or from our headquarters in Thun. We plan your assignments as much as possible according to your professional interests.

- Participation in the tendering of construction services and in construction logistics clarifications.

- During the site tour, identify deviations from the planned execution, inform clients, and initiate necessary measures with the construction company
- Construction meeting with subsequent documentation of the meeting
This is what makes you successful with us
- A corresponding education and training as a site manager (HFP), construction manager (HF), technician HF or equivalent
- or your training as a civil engineer (FH / ETH)
- Professional experience as a site manager or construction manager in Switzerland or the willingness to enter site management
- Willingness to help and joy in teamwork. Because we shape the future together as a team
- A good sense for effective communication, whether in the team or with various stakeholders
- Adherence to deadlines, proactive action in the project, and a high awareness of costs and quality as well as entrepreneurial thinking are important to you
