Your Tasks
- Management of a smaller portfolio of residential properties
- Support of the team management and property managers in daily business
- Creating and processing rental contracts
- Preparing and issuing repair orders
- Contact with owners, tenants, craftsmen, and authorities
- Recording data, changes, evaluations, and rent adjustments
- General correspondence
- Organisation and execution of apartment inspections and handovers
- Assistance in organising condominium owners' meetings
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written German skills
- Driving licence category B
