In your role as team leader, you will face the exciting challenge of forming a new team and warmly integrating the existing members into the process. Your task is to develop and implement new structures in everyday life and creatively seek solutions for challenging situations.
At Sonnenhof, we support over 300 children, adolescents, and adults with cognitive, physical, or multiple disabilities. In Arlesheim and Basel, we offer a variety of living arrangements and meaningful, diverse daily activities. Children and adolescents in need of support attend our special education school in Arlesheim and Basel. Two daycare centers in Basel make a significant contribution to the compatibility of family and work and demonstrate inclusion in a development-oriented framework with the youngest (with and without disabilities).
