The following tasks await you:
- Planning & coordination of all inpatient and outpatient patient appointments (RehaTis/Polypoint/Opale)
- Central patient care at the counter and by phone
- Efficient deployment planning of therapists
- Active appointment management (rescheduling in case of cancellations)
- Handling of outpatient cost approvals with insurance companies
- Billing of outpatient services
- General administrative tasks
You convince us with this profile:
- Completed medical training (MPA, medical secretary, health specialist or similar) with commercial further training
- Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Good German skills & PC experience
- Service orientation, reliability and accuracy
- Enjoyment of patient contact and independent work
- Experience in appointment coordination and planning (advantageous)
- Workplace alternates approximately one day per month at our location in Windisch/Brugg train station
