Advising young people and career counselling for adults including viamia advice for migrants, refugees, persons from family reunification on career choice and training questions Taking on special tasks (depending on suitability) Willingness to advocate for the concerns of those seeking advice, to network regionally and supra-regionally, and to actively keep up to date on topics related to education and the labour market

Completed further training in career, study and vocational guidance counselling (MAS) University degree, preferably a Master’s in Psychology Experience in a counselling context Empathetic and flexible personality, able to address individual and complex issues and support solution finding with various counselling methods Enjoyment of teamwork as well as collaboration with partners from schools, social services, business and vocational education High customer orientation combined with an independent and responsible way of working
