Work Agogist
For our day centre Atelier, we are looking for an empathetic and creative talent starting 1 November 2026 (or by arrangement).
Your role with us
In the Atelier of Schmelzi, creative work with a variety of materials meets structured, serial tasks. You accompany and encourage people with psychosocial support needs and help them rediscover their own resources.
- Be a key person: You accompany clients in the key person system in a goal- and resource-oriented way through their daily lives.
- Co-create creatively: Together with a well-coordinated 9-member team, you continuously develop our employment offerings in the areas of paper, ceramics, textiles, and design.
- Adapt work processes: You break down tasks so that they fit exactly the individual abilities of our clients.
What you bring
- Solid foundation: Completed initial training plus a specialised further education in the field of work agogy.
- Experience & attitude: Practical experience in supporting adults with mental health impairments.
- Strength in crises: You remain capable of acting, calm, and solution-oriented even in challenging situations.
- Team spirit & presence: Friendly, confident interaction with people, strong communication skills, humour, and flexibility.
- Tools: Driving licence category B and proficient use of common IT applications.
