What you can achieve with us
You work in a residential group currently with 14 multiply impaired, blind or visually impaired children and adolescents. Together with a motivated team, you accompany the children in their leisure time and help shape the daily life of the residential group. This also includes household and administrative tasks.
What you bring with you
You have completed training as a social pedagogue and have several years of professional experience.
It is natural for you to take on intensive care and support of the children. You have good ICT skills, are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration, and, if possible, bring experience in working with reference persons/parents. With your empathy, high sense of responsibility, and your humorous and flexible nature, you fit well into our team and keep an overview even in hectic situations. Ideally, you also have further training to support social pedagogues in training and can take on this task if needed.

We are the Foundation for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Adolescents Zollikofen - a private, politically and denominationally neutral organization with a non-profit objective. Our task is to promote and support people with special needs from birth to young adulthood.
We offer additional services to parents, teachers of public schools and special schools, as well as professionals. Our core competencies lie in the promotion and support of young people with visual impairment, blindness, multiple impairments, or from the autism spectrum.
