HVAC Maintenance Technician (a)At ISS, we all call ourselves "Placemakers." Your tasks:
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations (ventilation monoblocks, boilers, heat pumps, sanitary and other HVAC installations) in shift work (3x8)
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical installations
- Management of subcontracted work
- Compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental rules in all work
- Operate in a protected environment, adjusting temperature, humidity, and overpressure
- Keep operational files, intervention reports, and operational reports up to date
- Participate in improvement projects
Your profile:
- Training in building maintenance (thermal or climate engineering) or equivalent training
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
- Proficiency in French, English is a plus
- Very good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites
- Very good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Good stress resistance and flexibility
