The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new constructions and renovations, and will be supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.

Specialist Doctor (m/f/d) with development perspective for the management of medical services
Workload 80 – 100 %

- You take medical responsibility for our residents – individually, empathetically, and professionally
- You conduct visits, assess complex medical situations, and work closely with nursing, therapies, and relatives
- You are committed to the continuous further development of medical care
- You contribute to interdisciplinary projects and working groups
- You support and accompany assistant doctors and trainees
- You have the opportunity to prepare specifically for the assumption of medical management within 2 – 3 years and will be supported in this

- You have experience in geriatrics or interest in deepening your knowledge in this area
