Our nursing professionals are the direct contacts during the stay of our approximately 96,000 patients per year. They are responsible for professional and individual care. The focus of care is always the well-being and regaining of independence of our patients. The nursing service is strongly networked with all areas of the hospital and works closely with the medical service, therapies, and other departments.
Our interdisciplinary intensive care unit has 8 care (/bed) and 4 telemetry places.
This is where you get involved
- Care and support of patients with impaired vital functions of varying degrees. For this purpose, among others, 5 ventilators and 2 renal replacement devices are available
- Close interprofessional collaboration with the treatment team
- Collaboration with students/trainees from various training and further education programs (NDS Intensive Care, FaGe)
- Documentation with our comprehensive electronic clinical information system
You
- have completed further training as a Certified Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF or an equivalent, recognized further education in Switzerland
- possess proven, current specialist knowledge
- show willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration and three-shift work
- are interested in passing on your expertise to students and FaGe trainees
