Building services deal with all permanently installed technical equipment and building services systems inside and outside the buildings of Limmattal Hospital. The systems they monitor and maintain ensure uninterrupted hospital operation and the use of the buildings.
This is where you get involved
- Project management, specialist construction management and acceptance of projects in the field of building services (HVACKS) or structural projects
- Technical support for the employees of the Technical Service in the field of building services and building automation
- Co-responsibility for the development and revision of basics, principles and guidelines for building services systems
- Participation in the preparation of the budget in the field of building services (investments, maintenance and repair)
- Preparation of statistics (CAFM) and annual consumption balances (reportings)
- Identification of energy/operational optimization possibilities
- Ensuring communication with all contact persons
- Providing on-call service in exceptional cases
You
- Completed studies as a building services engineer FH or equivalent training with solid professional experience in the field of building services
- Several years of professional experience in planning, project design, execution and operation of energy-efficient HVACKS systems (advantageous in healthcare facilities).
- Further training in organizational management
- Polished and considerate interaction with customers, suppliers and service technicians
- Structured, careful, independent and flexible working style
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with the ERP system Navision is an advantage
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
