About the job
What you can achieve
- You lead projects in product development for our fondue and processed cheese specialties.
- You develop recipes for new products and take on the planning, execution, and evaluation of pilot and operational trials of these products.
- You implement product innovations in close collaboration with clients, quality management, engineering, and production.
- You review and optimise existing recipes and processes, actively contributing to continuous improvement.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training in the food sector or hold a degree in food science or a comparable field.
- You already have several years of experience in product development.
- You possess solid knowledge of SAP RD and feel comfortable in a technologically demanding environment.
- You know how to manage different stakeholders and keep them up to date.
- You have business fluent German and very good English skills.
