The BSZ Foundation integrates learners and adults with support needs into the economy and society. It offers its own jobs and training places in various professional fields as well as residential places and provides support in the primary labour market. The foundation employs over 1000 people at several locations in the canton of Schwyz.

- You commit yourself as a coach and work resource- and goal-oriented with people with support needs.
- You act as a sparring partner and advise internal specialists as well as external employers within the framework of labour integration.
- Collaboration with clients and support circles (doctors, authorities, authorised representatives) is an important part of your daily work.
- You find creative solutions, establish contacts with training companies and employers, and help create perspectives with your commitment.
- Documentation, reports and administrative tasks are just as much part of your work as direct contact with people.
This is what you bring with you
- You are a communicative professional with an eagle eye for details and a heart in the right place.
- You like to work independently, think in networks and remain calm even when things get hectic.
- You are eager to take responsibility, contribute ideas and actively help shape things.
- You have successfully completed or are about to complete a degree in social work, as a social pedagogue or work educator, or a comparable qualification.
- MS Office? No problem for you.
- You have a category B driving licence and can find your way to our deployment locations (with or without navigation).
