Checking the mandatory service and emergency definition of incoming invoices and inquiries from abroad
Calculating costs according to the Swiss tariff and reimbursing the insurance claim for outpatient and inpatient cases
Written and oral communication with insured persons, foreign authorities, and service providers in English and Italian

What you bring

Training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) or pharmaceutical assistant or professional experience in billing (doctor's office/hospital) with knowledge of Tardoc tariffing
Commercial basic training with further education in the medical field desirable, insurance-specific further education an advantage
Very good German and Italian skills as well as English an advantage
Good user skills in MS Office
Committed, independent, and resilient personality with efficient working style and enjoyment of customer contact
