Polymechanic – Department Manager with Leadership Responsibility for up to 15 Employees

Activities

Responsibility for planning, monitoring and controlling production processes
Leadership, promotion and deployment planning of employees in production and logistics
Monitoring of orders and initiation of measures in case of deviations
Coordination of maintenance as well as prompt action in case of malfunctions
Organisation of inventory management and procurement of operating materials
Participation in process optimisations, inventories and internal projects

Requirements

Completed basic mechanical training
Several years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the construction industry
Initial leadership experience or experience in a comparable role
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Confident handling of MS Office, ERP knowledge is an advantage
Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
Team player, resilient and assertive personality
