About the job
- You are responsible for 1st-level and on-site support at 9 locations in the canton of St. Gallen (remote and on-site) as well as on-call services and incident management.
- Operation, support, and further development of client, workplace, and network infrastructure as well as configuration and lifecycle management of ICT workplace services.
- Your task includes managing Microsoft 365 user accounts, roles, and permissions as well as software packaging (SCCM, IVANTI Neurons) and mobile device management (IVANTI EMM).
- You are responsible for planning and conducting internal ICT training, creating practical documentation, and participating in ICT projects.
- Professional support and training of ICT apprentices at the Pfäfers location (trainer function).
- You ensure a service-oriented way of working and close collaboration in interdisciplinary teams, combined with a high willingness to travel in Eastern Switzerland.
- You have completed training or further education in the field of computer science and at least 5 years of experience in the ICT service environment.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Entra, Exchange, Client Management), SCCM, IVANTI EMM, Neurons, and IGEL OS as well as experience in operating IT infrastructures.
- Your working style is structured, analytical, and highly independent, with problem-solving skills.
- You are service-oriented, a team player, and interested in healthcare as well as regulated environments.
- Driver's license category B and willingness to travel in Eastern Switzerland.
- A completed further education as a trainer is desirable.
