The position is located in the Vice-Rectorate for Studies and Teaching at the University of St.Gallen. We support lecturers in excellent teaching and research by providing didactic and curricular expertise along with the operation and further development of an innovative digital teaching and learning infrastructure. Your tasks
- You support the program development management in implementing the adjusted Assessment Year and other upcoming reforms.
- In coordination with the specialists, you take on smaller tasks, conduct research, analyze issues, assist with the timing and organizational project planning, develop decision-making bases, prepare committee documents, and support the transfer of decisions into the legal foundations of the University of St.Gallen (HSG).
- Additionally, you relieve the team of organizational and administrative tasks, such as organizing workshops and writing minutes.
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor's degree from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), preferably in law or a related field.
- Confident application of legal provisions.
- Quick comprehension, pronounced analytical skills.
- Ability to structure information as well as to create draft concepts and decision-making bases.
- Proactive, structured, and precise working style.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong team and cooperation skills, especially in an interdisciplinary environment with changing contacts.
