Technical Manager (m/f/d) Grinding Shop 100%
· Technical responsibility for the grinding shop area
· Ensuring a flawless surface treatment of sheet metal parts
· Independent setup, operation and monitoring of grinding machines
· Processing a wide variety of workpieces according to drawings and quality specifications
· Inspection of surface quality as well as carrying out dimensional and visual checks
· Support and technical guidance of employees in the grinding shop area
· Optimisation of workflows and participation in the continuous improvement of processes
· Close cooperation with production, quality assurance and work preparation departments
· Compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations
· Assistance with the induction of new employees
· Completed technical or craft training, ideally as a plant and apparatus builder, metalworker, production mechanic or comparable qualification
· Several years of professional experience in metalworking or grinding technology
· Experience with various grinding methods and surface requirements
· High quality awareness and precise working method
· Technical understanding as well as confident reading of technical drawings
· Enjoyment in taking responsibility and supporting employees technically
· Independent, reliable and structured working style
· Team spirit, resilience and hands-on mentality
· Good German language skills, both spoken and written
· Willingness to work a two-shift system
