The Foundation Life in Old Age Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape the daily life in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You care for our residents with heart, mind, and a pinch of humor in their home
- You ensure care that reaches and builds trust with your know-how
- You shape daily life - from A for Activation to Z for Listening
- You bring your ideas to the team and actively shape the workplace
- Regularly taking over shift leadership and supporting colleagues
- You promote and support interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external specialists
- Work in the morning and evening shifts until 9:15 PM
Our requirements:
- Completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF or equivalent training with a diploma recognized in Switzerland
- Joy in working with and dealing with elderly people
- Team player and sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of IT systems and good German language skills, both spoken and written
